Christmas is an extremely important time for food retailers in the UK with up to half of annual revenue and profit coming in the 3 months leading up to Christmas.
With this in mind, Booths required a full-proof ecommerce solution to manage, process and deliver its online Christmas orders.
Starting in January 2015 Blue Wren was recruited to support the Booths Christmas project.
Our work included development of the existing ecommerce site and better integration with back office systems such as the existing loyalty card database, warehouse logistics, stock control and accounts.
It was an extremely complex and challenging project requiring a high level of technical experience.
