Saturday Bowen Clinic in Glastonbury
We are delighted to announce that our Saturday Bowen Clinic has been awarded a grant from the Lottery’s Awards for All programme (see “News & Events”).
Our clinic is held every Saturday.
About our Saturday Bowen Clinic
This clinic is for children and young people aged 0-19 years who have health problems, disabilities or social difficulties that are affecting their lives or the well-being of their families.
The therapy we have chosen to use for this clinic is The Bowen Technique, a light-touch therapy suitable to people with disabilities. It is generally considered safe for all ages from tiny babies to the frail and elderly.
The Bowen Technique can be helpful in the management of many childhood problems, including such conditions as cerebral palsy, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A pioneering clinic in Cardiff is getting excellent results treating children using The Bowen Technique. Treatment is performed through clothing and parents/guardians are present at all times.

Our clinic is held on Saturday mornings at:
St Mary’s Catholic Church Hall, Magdalene Street, Glastonbury BA6 9EJ.
This is a fully accessible venue with adapted toilets. There is convenient level parking nearby. View Map

About our prices
Our aim is to make complementary therapy affordable for all. We ask you to pay what you can afford for treatment, with a suggested minimum donation of £5.
What we ask from you
The Saturday Bowen Clinic is a pilot-scheme. This means that it is our first project and our future projects depend on how successful it is. We kindly ask all participants to fill in a short questionnaire before and after a course of treatment. These will be completely anonymous. Thank you for your co-operation.
