Based in Bolton, Greater Manchester the company provides a vast array of property services to Commercial and Corporate clients, advising on a wide range of commercial and corporate property sales and business transfer.
Established in 2011, the company has grown at a rapid rate, expanding its reach and range of services.
Hilton Smythe’s continued growth made it increasingly difficult to track the progress of each sale.
Managing applicant criteria became a much larger task and pairing a business to an applicant was laborious. Internal communication also began to take a greater amount of time.
Ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and creating unique literature per property absorbed time away from key business tasks that would otherwise help the business to grow.
Hilton Smythe needed a comprehensive CRM & Workflow Management system to automatically match properties to applicants. The new system needed to manage the workflow as efficiently as possible to deliver significant productivity gains for the business. They also needed a new front-end website to market the properties and collect enquiries.
We met with Hilton Smythe’s team to map their workflow and understand inefficiencies in their process. Following the meeting we created a process map which acted as our technical guide for the customisation of Flight, our CRM and workflow management software.
The system was customsied to efficiently manage the full process for the business. From new enquiries and marketing literature through to viewings, offers and sales.
To create a seamless workflow from start to finish, the software was integrated with a range of third party sites and applications including Rightmove, Zoopla, Businesses for Sale, RightBiz, Office 365 and Google’s Map API.
The fully-responsive website was also integrated and included sophisticated search functionality based on user criteria.
