- Construct a bespoke course management system to schedule and book training programs

- Build a holistic database that removes the need for updating multiple systems, creating an all-in-one, multi-faceted system for company-wide implementation
- Develop a user-friendly web application to enable all administrative and training staff to easily schedule courses, add clients and candidates, and produce attendee registers
- Enable automatic alerts – based on client, customer and qualification-expiry information – enabling staff to be furthermore proactive in targeting repeat customers; this included automated to-do lists, emails and reminders
