Business Continuity Update: Covid-19

With the current situation regarding Covid-19, we wanted to provide you with a business continuity update. Our utmost priority is the health and safety of our team, our customers and our suppliers.
This update aims to provide a degree of certainty around the service level you will continue to receive from us, however, should government advice/instructions change, the detail set about in this update may also change.
For support queries, our standard SLA remains. We would, however, ask that you consider that our responses may take slightly longer than usual. We will use our best endeavours to respond within the timeframes outlined in your SLA.
We ask that support tickets are only raised for business-critical issues relating to your system. To report such an issue, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
As of 17th March, many of our team will be working remotely. This will have no impact on our ability to continue to serve our customers. Should you wish to get in touch with a member of the team, please use the office phone number (01772 823 734) or email them directly.
For ongoing projects, we will continue with our regular communication updates and will conduct any future meetings as conference calls or screen share sessions. Joining instructions for these sessions will be shared with you by a member of the projects team.
